A MAGICAL APPROACH
Daryll's coaching style is most often described as disruptive, creative and authentic.
The biggest obstacle to progress is working on the wrong problem. It's a quirk of psychology that we address symptoms rather than causes and repeat the same old approaches, attempting to fix or cope. With Daryll, you'll discover the lightbulb moments that catalyse long-term change.

WHAT IS THE STYLE OF COACHING?
Challenging
You will get to the real problem and discover what’s holding you back. In most cases, it's not what you think.
It is not an uncomfortable process, but it does require courage and humility.
Creative
We will take a variety of creative approaches to overcome your challenges, including playing high-performance games, pondering riddles, and using your imagination to gain new perspectives.
Fun
We will laugh in the face of challenges because some things are too important to take seriously.
When you can laugh at a difficulty, you develop the psychological flexibility to change it.
