INTRODUCTION
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) has been popular since the 1970s and was created to capture and describe what makes the difference between genius and average performance. The ‘patterns’ of NLP that are covered in a practitioner course have been influential in all kinds of fields, including professional coaching, leadership development, education, media and healthcare.

Day 1 - Foundations
This foundation day is focused on self-awareness and self-application. It lays the foundation for learning NLP to a high standard.
The specific outcomes are:

- Read body language and connect with people
- Listen for what people are really saying
Day 2 - Mind States
This day is spent accessing advanced mind states.
You will be able to:

Day 3 - Precision
This day covers the advanced communication skills that are synonymous with NLP. It's designed to train your observations and awareness when interacting with others.
With precise listening and questioning, you will be able to:
- Get to the detail without jumping to conclusions
- Evoke broader, imaginative thinking
- Negotiate thinking and resolve conflict
Day 4 - Change
This module is about ethical influence. You will develop a new awareness of how people do what they do and magical methods to create change:
- Learn how to change perceptions, cure phobias and break habits
- Learn how to communicate more effectively with priming and metaphor
- Unlock profoundly creative states of mind
Day 5 - Application
